Location:  The Agrarian Kitchen, 11A The Avenue, New Norfolk

Inclusions:  A one-hour guided tour through The Agrarian Kitchen’s garden, which supplies the restaurant, cooking classes and kiosk with flowers and fresh, nutrient dense produce. Learn about no dig market gardening, composting, berry growing, greenhouse production and much more, as our guide takes you through our one acre walled garden.

WHAT TO BRING
Summer: A sun hat is essential, as Tasmania’s UV rays are extremely strong—even on cloudy days.
Rain or shine: An umbrella is recommended for rain protection or as a shade source in summer.

WHERE TO MEET
In rainy weather: Meet on the verandah entrance to the kiosk.
In good weather: Meet on the grass area by the white “Meet Here” garden tour sign.

ARRIVAL & TIMING
Please arrive at 11:15 am for a one-hour tour starting promptly at 11:30 am. 
If you are running late, the tour will proceed without you. 
You are welcome to join the group when you arrive.

PUNCTUALITY

If you are running late the tour shall commence without you but you can still join the group when you arrive.  If you miss the tour entirely you cannot transfer to the next tour as we only have a limited number of places available and you will not receive a refund. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Garden tour payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are unable to attend, you must give 7 days notice if you wish to transfer to another date.

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS
If you have made a lunch reservation in our restaurant you may also like to book into the garden tour. The garden tour concludes at 12.30 pm and we recommend that you book your restaurant reservation at 12.30pm or later. 

KIOSK
Our outdoor kiosk is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Bookings are not required and as this is our casual food offering, it is perfect for the whole family.
