It is our great honour to host Peter Gilmore at The Agrarian Kitchen. Peter is an icon of the Australian food industry, widely respected for his close relationships with small producers and for the extraordinary dishes served at Quay and Bennelong in Sydney’s Opera House, where he is executive chef.

For Peter’s class, he will draw on the abundance of The Agrarian Kitchen’s walled garden along with ingredients from local Tasmanian producers to share the chef’s tips and techniques that elevate restaurant cooking. Participants will gain practical insights that can be easily applied at home to deepen and enhance the flavours of their own dishes.

The day’s cooking will culminate in a long lunch enjoyed with local Tasmanian wines and Peter’s warm, generous company.
