We are thrilled to welcome back celebrated chef, author and traveller Christine Manfield to The Agrarian Kitchen for a special hands-on cooking class exploring the art of building flavour.

With a deep-rooted passion for spice, global flavours and seasonal produce, Christine will guide guests through a day of cooking that focuses on working with spices, herbs and aromatics as the foundation of great food. Drawing on her vast culinary experience and travels, this class will highlight the layering of flavours, the balance of texture and taste, and the joy of cooking with intent and intuition.

Guests will prepare a selection of dishes that celebrate bold, vibrant flavours using the best of our garden and local producers. The day ends with a long lunch around the table, sharing the dishes prepared together.
