We’re delighted to welcome acclaimed chef Martin Boetz to The Agrarian Kitchen for a hands-on cooking class that brings the vibrant, punchy flavours of Southeast Asia to life through the lens of local, seasonal produce.

Known for his time at Longrain and Cooks Co-Op, Martin has now opened Shortgrain in Brisbane, where he continues to champion the marriage of Asian techniques and flavour profiles with Australian ingredients. In this immersive class, Martin will guide guests through the principles of balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, with a focus on building depth through fresh herbs, spices, and aromatics.
